Upgrade DP 6.20 to 7.0

I have DP 6.20 with patches installed in a Server with Windows 2003 X86 server and I want to upgrade to DP 7, so I have installed a new DP 7.0 In a Windows 2008 R2 Server (X64).

Would be posible to import IDB, Config etc, from my old DP 6.20 to my new DP 7.0?

Old and new Server have different hostname and IP.
