DataProtector 8 and hpdp-idb Service start error.

I have just started to upgrade my MOM enviroment to DP 8.

The MOM Server has been upgraded successfully, and is running fine.

When i started to upgrade my first Cell Manager on a remote location, i get the above error when trying to start the omnisv service after a successfull upgrade.

Install Summry shows this.
