Data Protector V 8.00 Build 596
Recently changed global file located in C:\ProgramData\OmniBack\Config\Server\Options and made SmMaIdleTimeout=280 and SmDaIdleTimeout=260. Saved file and closed Data Protector then rebooted server.
Ran backup of very large folder set that had been timing out and error returned is still:
"The BMA named "XXX" on host XXX
reached its inactivity timeout of 8400 seconds.
The agent on host will be shutdown."
Showing that the program is still reading the inactivity timeout as 8400 seconds. Do I need to do something else to save the global file and force it to change the inactivity timeout?
Thank You in advance for any help rendered here.
